And as a licensed Counseling Psychologist and Coach, I help employees and leaders find clarity and new solutions to blocking situations. Complemented by my background as an Corporate Health Coach, I empower them to take care of their own well-being while contributing their skills to a project/team.

Today, I provide my services online across the world. My international background (e.g. European School Luxembourg, many trainings for employees across the world) leads me to consider how culture-specific aspects affect how employees handle issues challenging their well-being and work efficacy.
